Medical Legal Record Review
Dr. Orenstein is available to review, analyze, and opine on the records associated with your case.
The preparation of a comprehensive report(s) by Dr. Orenstein that details and supports his opinions and conclusions can be delivered to you via e-mail, fax, or U.S. mail.
Service Four
Telephone Conference/Meetings
Dr. Orenstein is available as often as needed for a telephone conference or meeting to discuss your case and to prepare for depositions and court-room testimony.
Service Five
Certificate of Merit
If after a review of the records Dr. Orenstein finds the claim to be meritorious, he can prepare a certificate of merit in support of your litigation, if required in your jurisdiction.
